We have three exciting pieces of news to share that couldn't wait until September!
Best Buddies Callout - Tuesday August 23!
It's time! The Best Buddies Callout is THIS month -- Tuesday, August 23 5pm-6pm at the Red Shelter
Area of Columbian Park (near corner of Scott and South Streets). This program matches adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
with Purdue students for friendship.
To participate in Best Buddies, you must be between the ages of 18-50 years old.
You must be able to get together with your College Buddy twice a month, have weekly contact
during the school year, attend group activities and participate in Best Buddies activities.
We hope you can attend the Callout and sign up for Best Buddies. If you have any
questions, please email us.
New Office!
We have moved into our new office!! Many, many thanks to IU Health for their
donation of this great space! We are located at 1500 Salem Street, Room 146. This
is the IU Health Arnett building near St. Elizabeth Central Hospital.
Milissa's office hours are:
Monday: 9am - 1pm
Wednesday: 9am - 12pm
Thursday: 3pm - 5pm
Friday: 9am - 1pm

Bark For The Arc
Don't forget Bark for the Arc on August 24th at Colombian Park from 6 to 8 p.m.
We appreciate your support at our biggest fundraising event! Already we have more vendors and sponsors than last year! Lots of rescue groups and great information about caring for your 4-footed
family member! Last year we had over 200
dogs participate. We anticipate breaking that record too!
Don't have a dog? Want to spend some time with some very friendly dogs? We could use your help in registration to sign the dogs in and
give them their goodie bags.
