Due to a change in our food order timeline, all the box lunch orders for Fair Oaks have to be in by tomorrow afternoon. I attached the flyer and your can find the menu on our website www.arcoftippecanoe.org. Remember to send your order to rsvp@arcoftippecanoe.org.
Those who RSVP Wednesday or Thursday will be able to get ice cream but will have to purchase your own lunch from Fair Oaks the day of the event.
Just as a friendly reminder, if you RSVP and do not attend the event, we will send you a bill for $20 for the cost of the event. The Arc is responsible for paying for any tickets/food even if folks do not attend. We will be submitting the final numbers for the event on Thursday afternoon we can take cancelations up to that point.
